You can turn any email into a structured snippet within your workspace.
By assigning a unique email address to a specific Topic, you can forward any email directly into your Topic.
How to set it up?
Open workspace settings
Navigate to "Emails" section
Click to add new email
Choose Topic
The system will generate a unique address
How it works?
Send or forward any email to that unique address
The app will automatically process the email and create a new snippet within chosen Topic
Simply use Locate button to view the full content in Reader Page
Note: The number of email integrations available depends on your plan. Users on the Free plan are limited to 1 active email address, while the Personal Pro and Team version allows you to create multiple email addresses for different Topics.
Custom Email Address
Custom email addresses let you create a forwarding email that matches your brand or project instead of using a random-looking address.
