How to Organize Your Newsletters with Cluing?

Newsletters often contain valuable insights, updates, and resources but they quickly get buried in your inbox. Instead of searching through old emails, you can store, highlight, and reuse the most important information whenever you need it.

With Cluing, you can forward newsletters directly into your workspace and automatically turn them into organized snippets.

Forward Newsletters to Your Workspace

Each Topic in your workspace can have its own unique email address.

This allows you to build a central place for all your newsletters, well structured and organized.

For example, you can create Topics like Industry News, Marketing Insights, or Product Updates, and every newsletter you forward will automatically appear as a snippet in the correct Topic.

How it works?

Once you have a forwarding address set up for a Topic, organizing newsletters becomes simple.

When you forward a newsletter to that address, Cluing will:

  • Receive the email

  • Process its content automatically

  • Create a new snippet with newsletter content

Highlight What Matters

After the newsletter is saved, click Locate to open it in the Reader page.

There you can:

  • Read the newsletter in a clean format

  • Highlight important sections

  • Save highlighted parts as separate snippets

This helps you quickly extract useful insights, ideas, or resources from newsletters and store them as reusable snippets.

Set Up Email

To start organizing newsletters this way, you first need to create a dedicated email address for your Topic.

Check the setup guide to learn how to create your forwarding email address.
