Newsletters often contain valuable insights, updates, and resources, but they quickly get buried in your inbox or become another source of email spam.

With Cluing, you can subscribe to newsletters using a dedicated email address generated by the app and linked directly to a Topic in your workspace.

Instead of being delivered in your personal inbox, every newsletter goes straight into a Topic, where it is automatically converted into organized snippet.

Forward Newsletters to Your Workspace

Each Topic in your workspace can have its own unique email address.

This allows you to build a central place for all your newsletters, well-structured and organized.

For example, you can create Topics like Industry News, Marketing Insights, or Product Updates, and every newsletter you forward will automatically appear as a snippet in the correct Topic.

How it works

Once a Topic email address is created, the workflow becomes automatic. All you have to do is to subscribe to a newsletters with Cluing email.

After that, system will:

  • Receive the email

  • Process its content automatically

  • Create a new snippet with newsletter content

Highlight What Matters

After the newsletter is saved, click Locate to open it in the Reader page.

There you can:

  • Read the newsletter in a clean format

  • Highlight important sections

  • Save highlighted parts as separate snippets

This helps you quickly extract useful insights, ideas, or resources from newsletters and store them as reusable snippets.

Set Up Email

To start organizing newsletters this way, you first need to create a dedicated email address for your Topic.
