Inbox is your “everything” space - a place to save anything important before you decide how and where to organize it.

Unlike Topics, Inbox is a completely private space, even for team users, where all unfiltered thoughts and notes can be stored.

Caution

📌 In the extension settings, you can choose to have the Inbox open by default when you launch the extension.

Once you’re ready to organize your saved snippets, go to your Dashboard. Here you’ll find your Inbox at the top left of the side menu.

From there, you can easily drag and drop snippets into the right Topics.

Danger

📌 NOTE: You can’t add collaborators to your Inbox, but you can mention someone by their email under a snippet if you need their input. They’ll receive that snippet via email and will be able to locate it on the original source, but they won’t see the rest of your Inbox.
