The Duplicate To feature lets you reuse existing content without rebuilding it from scratch. You can duplicate an individual snippet or an entire Topic and choose where its copy should be saved.

Caution

📌 Duplicating creates a separate copy and changes made to the copy do not change the original content.

What you can duplicate

You can use Duplicate To for:

• Snippets - copy a snippet to another Topic or create another copy in the same Topic

• Topics - copy a complete Topic to another Cluster in the same workspace or to another workspace you can access

Duplicate a snippet

1. Find the snippet you want to duplicate

2. Open the snippet menu (three dots)

3. Select Duplicate To

4. Choose the destination Topic

Comments are included by default. The duplicate also keeps the original author, helping preserve attribution and context.

Caution

📌 If you do not want to include its comments, select Don’t copy comments.

Duplicate a Topic

1. Open the Topic you want to duplicate

2. Open the Topic menu

3. Select Duplicate To

4. Choose the destination:

   • Another Cluster in the current workspace

   • Another workspace you can access.

Cluing creates a separate copy of the Topic and its snippets in the selected destination. You can then rename, reorganize, or edit the copied Topic without changing the original.

Caution

📌 Snippet comments are included by default. To exclude comments from duplicating, select Don’t copy comments
