How can I share my snippet with someone?

You can share a snippet in two ways: by copying the content or by mentioning someone in a comment.

Copy all snippets from a Topic (with comments):

Go to your Dashboard
Open the Topic you want to copy from
Click the three dots in the top right corner
Select Copy Snippets
Paste the content into any document (Google Docs, Word, Notion, etc.)

Formatting and comments are included.

Copy a single snippet:

Find the snippet
Click the three dots
Select Copy Content
Paste it wherever you need

Inside a Topic:

When you mention someone in a comment, they receive an email with a link to the snippet and get access to the Topic based on the role you assign (Viewer, Commenter, Editor, or Mention only)

Inside your Inbox: You can’t add collaborators to your Inbox, but you can mention someone by their email under a snippet if you need their input:

They will receive that specific snippet by email
They will be able to view it on the original source
They won’t see the rest of your Inbox
